The Robert Herder cheese knife with holes has been specially developed for cutting soft cheeses. The high handle ensures that you can cut through the cheese upright without putting your hand on the cutting board. The holes in the blade make it easier for the cheese to come loose from the blade.
Although the POM handle can be described as dishwasher safe, we do not recommend it. The black POM can bleach and the staples can also be affected by aggressive cleaning agents. Treat all your knives with care to enjoy them for a long time.
