Robert Herder Classic Potato Knife 9 cm Carbon Steel with Long Red Beech Wood Handle
This 18.5 cm long potato peeler is one of Robert Herder's classics. It has an elongated, oval handle and has been around for more than 80 years. Of course it is 'finely polished' by hand. The blade is made of carbon steel with a hardness of 56-57 HRC (Rockwell hardness). This knife is 100% FSC certified.
