We continue to find new uses for our Overland Chef utility knife and it is quickly becoming a favorite of our professional staff.

We let our knife designers do their thing to create the perfect "go-to" knife. The result is a remarkably useful knife that feels sturdy in the hand, but not bulky.

The compact 11cm blade performs like a much larger knife thanks to the swept edge and curved handle. The subtle offset in the blade leaves good space for the hand and the deep hollow ground blade offers exceptional sharpness from the 62 Rockwell, N690 cobalt steel. Once you use it, you may never want to put it down.
