• The blade is made of cold-rolled X50 German stainless steel with a 15-degree edge and 58 Rockwell hardness.


• The ceramic stonewash finish provides smooth cutting and stain resistance. The basic model handle is made of recycled canvas and natural non-phenolic resin, with titanium coated triple rivets.
