4 x Robert Herder Klassiker Potato Knife 8.5 cm carbon steel – not stainless - including rust eraser (4x3cm) .

• This potato knife is one of Robert Herder's classics.
• It has an elongated, finely shaped handle and has been around for more than 80 years.
• The knife is sharpened according to the Dünnschliff method and is therefore very easy to sharpen yourself.
• The blade has a finely polished finish and is formed from rusting carbon steel with a hardness of 56-57 HRC.
• The beech wood handle is from German forestry and is FSC certified.
• Carbon steel means that the steel has a high carbon content, which has the advantage that the knife is harder than stainless steel and remains sharp for longer.
• When using this knife, rust will initially form, which is why we have added a rust eraser added.
• Over time, a dark patina will form on the blade and the knife will not rust further.
