Easily chop your way through large pieces of meat and whole poultry using the stamped Messermeister Four Seasons chopping knife.
This is made from one solid piece of steel alloy and has a razor-sharp edge and is intended to cut through bones.
Use the side of the 8cm blade to crush garlic or lemongrass or scoop and transfer to a bowl.
- Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
- Do not put in the dishwasher.
- Avoid cleaning products that contain bleach or citrus extracts.
