A very sustainably produced bread knife from the knife city of Europe, Solingen.
With this long knife you can effortlessly cut through all artisan (sourdough) breads, regardless of size. The wave settles well in the hard crust.
This knife has a sustainably produced FSC certified red beech handle that has the property of having a good or better grip, even when wet. When beech gets wet, the fibers stand up and provide a rougher surface when it is dry, unlike plastic variants.
The blade is made of high-quality stainless steel and will last a lifetime if properly maintained. The metal is 100% recyclable and the handle is biodegradable.
