The Messermeisters Four Seasons 25cm carving knife has a stamped, long and straight blade with alternating blades for a smooth, even cut.
The narrow spear-pointed, fine blade is used for small to medium-sized cutting work. It separates the meat from the bone and cuts it into thin portions.
The alternating blades (also called blades, hollows or grantons) on each side of the knife reduce resistance and prevent food from sticking to the blade.
- Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
- Do not put in the dishwasher.
- Avoid cleaning products that contain bleach or citrus extracts.
