Touch-sensitive operation, power or temperature adjustable in 10 steps. With boost mode which temporarily diverts part of the power from the right cooking zone to the left. Left cooking zone produces 1800W, or 2000W when using the boost function. Right cooking zone produces 1700W, or 1500W when using the boost function. Temperature range: 35-240˚C. Suitable for pans with a base size from ø120 mm to ø230 mm. With timer function from 0-180 minutes. Equipped with electronic overheating protection.
