Tojiro Sharpener - Stainless steel

Sharpen your knives yourself with the Tojiro knife sharpener. The sharpener is equipped with two ceramic grinding wheels: a coarse one for heavy grinding work and a fine one for polishing your knives.

To sharpen your knives, place the knife in the correct slot and run it back and forth over the sharpening wheels a few times with little pressure. You can remove the swarf from the sharpener via a flap at the bottom.

Clean the Tojiro two-stage knife sharpener with a damp cloth.
