The pans have a thick LuxTec® non-stick coating that is guaranteed to be free of harmful PFOA. This strong coating makes it possible to prepare food with non-sharp metal objects, such as a whisk.
The black bottom of the pans and grill plates ensure better heat absorption, meaning they heat up up to 30% faster than conventional induction pans and the thick induction base distributes the heat very evenly.
