Robert Herder Klassiker Potato knife 8.5 cm stainless steel with FSC red beech wooden handle, 2 pieces in blister packaging.
This potato knife is one of Robert Herder's classics. The paring knife has an elongated, oval handle and has been around for more than 80 years.
Of course it is 'finely polished' by hand. The blade is made of stainless steel with a hardness of 56-57 HRC (Rockwell hardness), our standard hardness for stainless knives.
The handle consists of FSC certified red beech wood.
