This potato knife is one of Robert Herder's classics. The paring knife has an elongated, finely shaped handle and has been around for more than 80 years.

The knife is sharpened according to the Dünnschliff method and is therefore very easy to sharpen yourself. The blade has a finely polished finish and is formed from rusting carbon steel with a hardness of 56-57 HRC.
The beech wood handle is from German forestry and is FSC certified.
