A very sustainably produced Santoku chef's knife from the knife city of Europe, Solingen. This stainless steel knife is great for both slicing and chopping. The long handle provides a firm grip.
This knife has a sustainably produced FSC certified red beech handle that has a good or even better grip when wet. When beech gets wet, the fibers stand up and create a rougher surface when dry, unlike plastic varieties.
The metal is 100% recyclable and the handle is biodegradable.
