Just as versatile as a traditional chef's knife, the Santoku knife is also known as a Japanese chef's knife. The Four Seasons 18cm "Kullenschliff" Santoku has a thin taper for maximum precision when cutting vegetables, fish and meat.
The kullens are the semi-circular recesses on either side of the blade that reduce the adhesive force and make it easier to cut and separate meat, cheese and vegetables.
The stamped blade and handle are compatible in width and weight, resulting in a well-balanced knife.
- Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent;
- rinse and dry immediately.
- Do not put in the dishwasher.
- Avoid cleaning products that contain bleach or citrus extracts.
