PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Messermeister Four Seasons 20cm "Kullenschliff" fillet knife has a stamped, narrow, semi-flexible blade with an upward curve.
Preferred by culinary professionals, this commercial-grade knife is used to trim cuts of meat, separate meat or fish from the bone, or separate pulp from the rind of a melon.
The alternating kullenschliffen (also called kullens, hollows or grantons) on each side of the knife reduce resistance and prevent objects from sticking to the blade.
- Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
- Do not put in the dishwasher.
- Avoid cleaning products that contain bleach or citrus extracts.
